Carol Cunliffe, the owner of CC Virtual Assistance, is a professional virtual assistant serving businesses of the Greater Toronto Area. Carol attended East York Collegiate Institute in Toronto, completing a four year Business Administrative & Accounting Program. On completion of the program she started her career with "The Fidelity Trust Company" in the Accounting Department. When Fidelity Trust was taken over by another company, Carol moved to "The Permanent" in the customer service field. Shortly, thereafter, the company decentralized into various branches across Toronto where Carol utilized her knowledge and experience to obtain a position as a Mortgage Administrator, dealing with customers and lawyers on a one-on-one basis where she developed strong business and communication skills.
She later moved on to fill a position with "Torkos Brothers Inc.", a golf club manufacturing company located in East York, where she was Secretary to the President and Vice President of the firm. Her daily responsibilities at Torkos Brothers included, secretarial and administrative support for the President, During her five years working at Torkos Brothers Inc, Carol was also responsible for the conversion from a manual system to a computerized system, which proved to increase the efficiency and overall customer service in the business.
Carol worked for two General Motors Car Dealerships and a Collision repair facility as an Administrative Assistant where she gained extensive knowledge in all of the departments in the Industry. Through General Motors, Carol completed a variety of Customer Service, Customer Retention and Administrative courses for which she obtained certificates. Among her other valuable assets, the “Circle of Excellence” award of the General Motors was awarded to her in 1990 for the best overall Customer Service. During her time at Alex Irvine Motors, Carol also gained the respect and recognition for “going the extra mile” to which she was assigned the additional titles of “Trouble Shooter” and “Dealer Communication Representative”.
While working for AIM Collision, Carol took on a part time job collecting outstanding receivables that were considered “lost money” for Alex Irvine Motors and she received recognition from the Treasurer for doing an outstanding job.
Carol brings with her a vast amount of knowledge and experience and as well as being customer and goal oriented, she prides herself in developing solid, long term, customer relationships that last a lifetime.
